The S-Works Prevail 3 helmet is perfect for riders who value the comfort and thermoregulation benefits that superior ventilation delivers. It is the ultimate all-around helmet that excels in hot conditions, strenuous climbs, and mountainous stages. With a never-ending quest to push the limits of ventilation, we eliminated air-blocking foam “bridges” from the center, effectively creating thru-air channels that increase the surface area of ventilation by 24.5% compared to the S-Works Prevail II Vent helmet. The all-new S-Works Prevail 3 has the most ventilation area of any helmet we have ever made. When a helmet is impacted, its job is to dissipate the energy of the impact. The conventional approach to helmet design is that more foam (EPS) means better energy management. We re-wrote the book on cycling helmet design by innovating beyond foam. Woven aramid “cables” traverse the helmet and are anchored to carbon fiber side panels. Upon impact, the AirCage technology* works as a suspension bridge and is designed to distribute localized forces throughout the helmet. The Occipital Base Adjustment optimizes comfort by personalizing fit to individual head shape and helmet angle can be adjusted for compatibility with glasses. An adjustable Tri-Fix web system gives riders added comfort with updated, thinner 10mm webbing that minimizes strap noise. And the ultralight Mindset micro-dial fit system with height adjustability has been updated for improved grip and reaction for easy on-the-go fit. Our ultralight and supremely comfortable MIPS Node Air technology is integrated directly into the helmet padding, with a sleek low friction layer designed to dissipate rotational forces. With Specialized’s proprietary development work, we added perforations to maximize breathability, performance, comfort, and weight savings. I've tried MANY sunscreens. This is the best for the money you can buy.

I have a section in my closet reserved for the graves of past sunscreens. And there are A LOT. Reasons why this is the best for price point:
1. No white cast. Maybe 2%. Yes, there is a bad a white cast when you first put it on, especially if your face is still a tad damp from washing. But it almost completely disappears within minutes. And this is coming from someone who is of Southeast Asian descent, and currently have a natural a tan this time of year. I get tan because I don't apply it every 2 hours as recommended. I only use it when I'm working out outside and the sun is blasting my face. I live where it gets very sunny.
2. NOT oily. I have super oily skin and so many of my sunscreens makes my face more of an oil slick than normal. I have matiffying ones, that work well, but it gets expensive.
3. Fragrance free! I prefer to use as many fragrance-free products as possible.
4. DOESN'T STING EYES. I'm surprised at how many "sunscreens for the face" are out there that absolutely sting my eyes into waterworks.
5. Price-point. A giant tube (for the face) for all that? It will take me a very long time to go through it. For my body, I use cheaper fragrance-free mineral sunscreens, or sunscreens I want to get rid of.
6. I use a moderate strength prescription of Tretinoin, and those who know, know that without sun protection, the skin can get burned and irritated extremely easily. Not me! And I use Tretinoin every single night.
I'm so glad Eucerin made this, I hope they never discontinue this!

Awful for normal/combo skin types!

Terrible for normal/combo skin! I applied sunscreen to my clean, dry face – without moisturizer. After waiting 25 minutes, I checked to see if the product hadn’t absorbed into my skin. It remained on top of my skin in a shiny, slippery, greasy film that rubbed off onto anything it touched. It’s settled thickly into crevices and fine lines, especially in the folds of my eyelids. There was so much shine – not glow – on my skin that it created flashback when I took a picture. Somehow, the sunscreen made my skin appear both oily and dry at the same time! Many other reviewers said that they successfully put make up over this sunscreen, but I cannot imagine how this would be successful, unless the makeup finish was incredibly matte. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any sunscreen!

My Family's Favorite Sunscreen!
Style: Sunscreen Stick, Size: 1.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This is our go-to sunscreen and my family has not used any other brand since discovering it about 5 or 6 years ago. The scent is pleasant, light, and tropical. Application is quick and easy. It goes on clear (not white) and looks a little greasy at first, but that is actually a positive because it helps you quickly see spots you (or your child) missed. It soon absorbs cleanly and the oily feeling goes away after a few minutes. The sunscreen works really well. My family has very pale, sensitive skin with eczema and easily burns in the sun. It does not irritate our skin at all and provides great coverage. This stuff works very well for us on vacation in Florida and on Bahamas/Caribbean cruises. It fits easily in a small bag and doesn't take up much room. With it being a solid, there's no worry of leaking. I love that you can hand everyone a stick and they can do most of the application themselves. Then we turn around and get the hard to reach spots on each other. And all done with clean hands that aren't getting messy. I would be so sad if this sunscreen is ever discontinued. We have over a dozen sticks in our house/car/luggage at any given time.
