Take daily. Anytime you are ready to relax, mix up a cup of calm and enjoy with or without food. Step 1: Start with half a teaspoon (1g) daily and gradually increase to two leveled teaspoons (4g) per day as needed. Place powder in a glass or mug, add 2-3 oz. of hot or cold water. Step 2: Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved and clear. Step 3: Fill the rest of the cup with warm or cold water, and sip.

A very good option if manual grinders are problematic

These work well, though I haven’t had them long enough to vouch for charge duration.
They are well thought out devices, with an actual light shining from the bottom to help gauge the amount of salt and pepper, even in lo light. :D
I haven’t not altered the grind size, so I can’t speak to that either. Grind speed is as good as many hand grinders, so it’s a delight specifically when grinding a lot (salt for Margarita glass edges!).
The price was good, and meets my expectations.

Just like described works excellent. You cannot beat it for the Money 4.8 should be five stars. Adjustable coarseness is real nice too. I do a lot of barbecuing and you want a thick pepper and salt for brisket. Just real nice one Hand operation if you’re doing something so it was a salt shaker pepper shaker but this one being able to grind fresh is real nice.

These are very nice quality. They work really well. You can adjust the coarseness as you prefer. They aren't overly loud. I got them for someone as a gift for someone and I'm going to get myself a set also because I really like them. They charge quickly. Overall, a really nice set that seems like it will last a long time.
