Being offered for sale is the lot of antique MACHINIST EQUIPMENT PROMOTIONAL BOOKS/ MACHINE EQUIPMENT BOOKLETS by JOHN ROYLE & SONS of Patterson, N.J., from circa the very early 20th century (copyright dates range from 1904-1918 (vast majority are 1908 or 1909 & many are 1st editions) - see 2nd & 6th pics), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. May require a thorough detailing to bring to their full potential. Condition varies from Good -to- Very Good or better. Some have loose/fragile  bindings, loose/detached pages. One looks to be missing the copyright page but otherwise, they all look complete. Most bindings are tight & strong. All of the leather wrapped books have wear to the dry leather, that continues to flake off when not handled with care. Many/most books have pen/pencil notes/drawings, etc. by John Royle, his sons and/or his top engineer(s) on many pages throughout. Unusual, unique lot of old machinist promotional books/booklets!! All are "pocket-size' books. Please see ruler in pictures for size/scale reference. Additional measurements shall be provided upon request. Total weight of lot is 5 lbs. 3.0 oz..

They work! Even if you hate socks
I am not a sock wearer. Can't stand having my foot entirely shrouded in cloth. I don't wear socks with my sandals, slides, clogs and other shoes most of the year. Only on the coldest winter days. I know, It's weird. So, with my sock phobia one thing that happens is your heals get dry and rough. I opted to try these because the toes are free. I barely notice the socks on my heels/ankles when my toes get air (outside of bedcovers always). I put good thick lotion on my heels and sides of feet. A little less on the toes so they don't stain anything. The silicone lining on the heel holds that lotion against the affected areas. In a couple days my feet felt soft and looked pretty. No cracks, no white roughness. They look pink and freshly spa-ed. Fit is good on size 9 feet with thickish ankles. Highly recommend.
