Background - How to Measure and Evaluate WHS Management Systems?

The 3-step Work Health and Safety compliance check is applicable to all Australian businesses, regardless of size, industry or organizational structure.

These three steps include:

1 - A general evaluation

2 - Documentation evaluation

3 - Worksite evaluation

1 - General evaluation - Conducting a general assessment is the first step in measuring and evaluating your current WHS management system. This will give you a good idea of the current WHS provision, and help you decide what improvements or changes you would like to make.

This step is also known as safety self-audit. Although it won't provide a complete picture of your organization's WHS compliance, it will give you an indication of where your organization is at this point.

2 – Documentation evaluation - The second step will allow you to examine the documentation that your company or organization has. Although it won't provide a complete or comprehensive picture, it will highlight potential problems and give suggestions on how to address them.

3 – Worksite evaluation – The final step of your WHS management software self-audit, will examine the conditions at your workplace and ask if you can improve or maintain them. If so, what should you do?

Impressive Power and Convenience Right Out of the Box
I just got this electric milk frother, and after only a few uses I’m already impressed. It has strong, consistent power that turns milk into smooth, velvety foam in seconds — perfect for lattes, cappuccinos, or even mixing matcha. The LED display is a surprisingly premium touch, making it easy to see and switch between speeds. The fact that it’s rechargeable is a huge plus, and the 3‑in‑1 attachments give it more versatility than most handheld frothers. The charcoal black finish looks sleek and modern, and the build feels solid so far. Even with just a handful of uses, it’s clear this frother delivers great performance and convenience. A fantastic little upgrade to any coffee routine — definitely a 5‑star start.

I absolutely love this Bonsenkitchen milk frother! It creates the perfect foam in seconds and my coffee has never tasted so good. The rechargeable feature is so convenient and I love that it comes with a stand to keep it organized on my counter. It is easy to use, easy to clean and works perfectly every single time. If you love coffee at home this frother is a game changer, it makes you feel like you are at a coffee shop without spending a fortune. Highly recommend!

Does the job!
Color: Silver
Great frother. Love that it's rechargeable. 3 speeds, double frothing ring. This one is way better than my last, battery operated one. A lot of people giving are negative reviews or deductin stars because they think you have to cycle through the speeds to turn it off - they're wrong. You just hold the button for a couple of seconds and it turns off. Highly recommend!

Stand was my favorite part, hated how close off and higher speed is
Color: Silver
Well the first lesson is dont hit the power button to turn off, as it goes to 2nd speed and slings your drink everywhere. Im not happy with the stability of the brother, had better, as free with coffees. Positive is, it has a stand, it does have 3 speeds, just never needed the other two speeds, and if you dont hold power button long enough to turn off, it goes into higher speed.
