Similar to conventional SRD kits, the Works Bell switch case relocates the genuine steering switches to the sandwich plate. It was developed with the intention of retaining the same functionality as the OEM steering wheel switches. It is installed in a manner where it is sandwiched between the steering wheel boss and the aftermarket racing steering wheel.
Please note:
- Please choose the correct option for you from the drop-down menu. A Standard (#542) or Short (#542S) Works Bell hub is REQUIRED to use the SRD Kit. Boss kits are not included and must be purchased separately.
- Steering wheel switches are INCLUDED.
- Same SRD kit fits short and standard boss kits.
- Compatible with Type 4, Type 5, Type 6, and Type 7, but it only responds to the switch contents on the stock steering (certain buttons may not work depending on the grade and equipment).
Works Bell SRD is made of dry carbon and ABS resin. Dry carbon fiber, formed from pre-preg carbon materials, is placed in a mold and cured under vacuum, minimizing waste and producing lighter carbon compared to the wet method. Vacuuming reduces pinholes and air pockets, resulting in superior quality carbon products. ABS resin enhances carbon material properties, notably improving wear resistance.
