Gebruik
Biotona Bio zwart Chiazaad Raw kan worden toegevoegd aan brood en gebak, muësli bij het ontbijt, salade bij de lunch. Gemalen in smoothies in combinatie met vruchten(sappen), (plantaardige) melk of yoghurt. Indien chiazaad geweekt wordt in water vormt het een gelachtige substantie, die als basis kan dienen voor allerhande recepten. Een gevarieerde, evenwichtige voeding en een gezonde levensstijl zijn belangrijk. Beperk het gebruik van chiazaad tot ongeveer 15 g per dag.

Great Daily moisturizer

Very light and neutral smell ( although I can understand that the scent may not be to everyone’s liking). The new formula with niacinamide adds a great benefit for your skin. Leaves the skin moisturized. Compared to CeraVe and Cetaphil intense moisturizers, those are much more heavy and longer lasting but overall I really like this product and will continue to use it as part of my daily moisturizer. I do wish NIVEA was more environmentally conscious.
