I got this product on a whim. I have severely dry ends that are frayed at this point. Upon initial use, it seems to have made it a bit smoother (I opted for the overnight treatment option). If you are someone who does not like to touch heavy oils, I recommend you find someone else to apply for you, or maybe an entirely different product. I am desperate enough to deal with it.
